PORT OF PRAIRIE DU CHIEN

The Port of Prairie du Chien is located on the Mississippi River in the southwest corner of the state. The city owns the docks that accommodate large paddlewheel cruise boats and small excursion boats. Privately owned docks and storage facilities handle bulk cargo.
